1) How long will it take for delivery?

For items that are in stock, it takes about 2 days from the time the customer places the order until the item is shipped to Vietnam.
In the case of post office service EMS, it takes about 1 week to 10 days from Vietnam to delivery to the customer.

In the case of Yamato, it will be delivered in about 4 to 5 days from Vietnam shipment to delivery.
However, please note that there may be delays due to delays in air transportation, busy periods, customs procedures, etc.

2) Are all prices inclusive?

The final purchase amount includes the product price and the shipping fee from Vietnam to the customer's address. Import duties and consumption taxes that occur at the time of import customs clearance into Japan may be charged separately.Customs duties that occur must be paid separately when you receive the package.

3) Is it possible to purchase products that are not listed on the EC site?

Yes, if you contact us, we will handle the proxy purchase service, so please contact us.

4) Is there anything that cannot be sent to Japan?

Dairy products such as rice and meat products (sausages, jerky, etc.) cannot be sent to Japan due to issues such as quarantine at the time of import to Japan.
In addition, products containing spray cans, perfumes, mobile batteries, and flammable liquids cannot be shipped by air.

5) What should I do if I want to request a forwarding service?
