We use large, high-quality macadamia nuts. We are doing unglazed roast processing. Roasted with the shell on, it has a fresh, fragrant aroma and a creamy taste. Since it has a crack, it can be easily broken by hand. Originally, nuts have a crunchy texture, but the roasting process gives them a crunchier texture. Macadamia nuts are rich in healthy fats.
